EMI Network Card Fee Rs.530/- (Inclusive of Applicable taxes)

Add-on Card Fee Rs.199/-(Inclusive of Applicable taxes)

Convenience Fee Rs.99/-(Applicable taxes) will be added in the 01st EMI

Loan Enhancement Fee Rs.99/-+ (Applicable taxes) will be added in the 01st EMI

Mandate Registration Charges Rs.188 (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be aplicable for below banks:

IDFC Bank

Karnataka Bank Limited

Punjab & Sind Bank

Is there any minimum order value that I need to order?
Yes. You can order as much or as little you want from our online store. Pleae note that Min Value for Bajaj EMI Card INR 5,000.00 and Max Value INR1,20,000.00
Is there any processing fees?
No. There is no Processing fees charges for placing order.
Is No Cost EMI Applicable to Purchase?
Yes. All the Produts sold on our website are application for No Cost EMI upto 12 Months Plan.
Can we buy multiple products on single transaction?
Yes.You can buy multiple products on single transaction.

Cancellation & Refund Process
To cancel your order Kindly Submit Request here "Cancel Order"

Once cancellation is submited, we will notify update via email within 12hrs.

Post cancellation submition, we will forward request to our internal team for process of refund.

To Process Refund it will take min 7-10 Working days.

Refund will be credited back to Bajaj Finserv EMI Card Only.

If customer Place order post 20th Date of Every Month, it will take time to reflect refund. As refund will process upto 10 Working Days (Excluding Holidays).

Once the refund is credited back, you can raise request for loan cancellation.

Any Disputes & Chargeback are not accepted before the refund credits.

Cancellation Charges
Since there are Multiple issuers are involved in this Payment,Cancellation charges are applicable.

For 3 Months EMI Plan 6% Plus GST applicable.

For 6 Months EMI Plan 8% Plus GST applicable.

For 9 Months EMI Plan 11% Plus GST applicable.

For 12 Months EMI Plan 14% Plus GST applicable.

All the Charges are applicable by Payu Payment Gateway.

Hence we will refund, Patial Amount for canellation.

Partial Refund is allowed as per BFL & Payu.

Important Information
Please Note, While refund is in process, Please do not raise a request for cancellation of Loan at BFL Care.

Since refund is in process, BFL raise dispute at merchants end and which will be delay and conflict as merchant is requesting for refund at BFL/PayU.

Hence we request, to wait till refund credit.

Since the Due date cycle is on 2nd of every month, customer has to pay the EMI before refund credited.

In case customer places order post 25th date of month and cancel's the order. Customer has to pay the EMI as per Due Date.
