Cancellation Timeline

You can cancel your order within 24hrs from the timeline of order placed successfully. Post 48hrs we will not considered any cancellation or once it is shipped.

Is there any processing fees?
No. There are no Processing fees or charges for placing order.

Is No Cost EMI Applicable on all products to Purchase?
Yes. All the Products sold on our website are application for No Cost EMI upto 12 Months Plan. Min Cart Value is Rs 5000 and Max Cart Value is 1, 20,000.

Can we buy multiple products on single transaction?
Yes. You can buy multiple products on single transaction.

Cancellation & Refund Process

  • Once cancellation is submitted, we will notify update via email within 12hrs.
  • Post cancellation submission, we will forward request to our internal team for process of refund.
  • To Process Refund it will take min 7-10 Working days.
  • Refund will be credited back to Bajaj Finserv EMI Card Only.
  • If customer Place order posts 20th Date of Every Month, it will take time to reflect refund. As refund will process upto 10 Working Days (Excluding Holidays).
  • Once the refund is credited back, you can raise request for loan cancellation.
  • Any Disputes & Chargeback are not accepted before the refund credits.

Cancellation & Charges

  • Since there are multiple issuers are involved in this Payment, Cancellation charges are applicable. Hence we will issue Partial Refund (What is settled from Payu)
  • For 3 Months EMI Plan 6% Plus GST applicable.
  • For 6 Months EMI Plan 8% Plus GST applicable.
  • For 9 Months EMI Plan 11% Plus GST applicable.
  • For 12 Months EMI Plan 13.5% Plus GST applicable.
  • All the Charges are applicable by Payu Payment Gateway.
  • Hence we will refund, Partial Amount for cancellation.
  • Partial Refund is allowed as per BFL & Payu.

  • Refund: Partial Refund is provided by Swapna Infotech and Rest of the amount has to collect from Payu/BFL when the order has been cancelled.
  • Hence customer will get Full Refund into card.
  • Post Refund Credits you ask Bajaj Finserv Customer Card to cancel the loan.

Important Information

  • Please Note, while refund is in process; please do not raise a request for cancellation of Loan at BFL Care.
  • Since refund is in process, If BFL raises dispute at merchants end and which will be delay and conflict as merchant is requesting for refund at BFL/PayU.
  • Hence we request, to wait till refund credit.
  • Since the Due date cycle is on 2nd of every month, customer has to pay the EMI before refund credited.
  • In case customer places order post 25th date of month and cancel's the order. Customer has to pay the EMI as per Due Date.

Fee and Charges
Charges applicable on 1st EMI will be deducted along with 1st EMI amount. For example, if your EMI amount is Rs. 420 and a Processing/ Convenience Fee of Rs. 117 is applicable on 1st EMI then Rs. 537 will be deducted as 1st EMI amount.

Rs. 176 (Inclusive of applicable taxes), Will be collected along with 1st EMI

Bounce Charges
Rs. 500/- per bounce. “Bounce charges” shall mean charges for non-payment of installment (s) on their respective due dates due to dishonor of payment mandate or non-registration of the payment mandate or any other reason.

Penal Charges 
Delay in payment of installment(s) shall attract Penal Charge of Rs.4 per day per installment from the respective due date until the date of receipt of the full installment(s) amount.

Convenience Fee
ETB - Rs.236/- (Inclusive of applicable taxes) will be collected along with 01st installment.
​NTB - Rs.300/- (Inclusive of applicable taxes) will be collected along with 01st installment.

Full Pre-payment Nil, Any time post disbursement of loan.

Part Pre-payment Nil, Any time post disbursement of loan.

PG Facility Charge Rs. 11 (Inclusive of Applicable taxes) will be charged for utilizing the payment gateway to make part or full payments towards the loan through digital properties.
