Cancellation Policy

At Swapna Infotech, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when cancellation requests are accepted, the applicable processing charges, refund timelines, and the conditions under which orders may be cancelled by either the customer or Swapna Infotech.

1. Requesting a Cancellation

To request cancellation of an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

All cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by Swapna Infotech.

2. Orders Eligible for Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been packed, processed for shipment, handed over to our logistics partner, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, customers may refer to our Refund Policy or Replacement Policy, where applicable.

3. Payment Gateway Charges

If a customer requests cancellation after a successful online payment and the cancellation is approved before dispatch, applicable payment gateway or financial processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

These charges represent payment gateway, banking, and financial processing fees incurred while processing the transaction. They are generally non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed. These charges apply only when a customer-initiated cancellation is approved after payment has been processed. No processing charges will be deducted if the cancellation is due to an error or inability to fulfill the order by Swapna Infotech.

4. Bajaj Finserv EMI Orders

For orders placed using Bajaj Finserv EMI, approved cancellation requests are subject to a deduction of:

15% of the order value plus applicable GST.

This deduction covers finance partner charges, EMI processing fees, administrative costs, settlement charges, and other applicable financial expenses associated with EMI cancellation.

5. Cancellation by Swapna Infotech

Swapna Infotech reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability or out of stock.
Pricing or technical errors.
Payment verification failure.
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Delivery location not serviceable.
Supplier or logistics constraints.
Any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled due to reasons attributable to Swapna Infotech, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. No payment gateway or cancellation charges will be deducted.

6. Refund Timeline

Where a cancellation is approved:

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 2 business days after verification.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Most banks and payment providers credit the refunded amount within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway, the refunded amount may take up to 9–11 business days to appear in your account.

Refund timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders are generally not eligible for cancellation:

Orders that have already been dispatched.
Custom-built desktops and configured PCs.
Special-order or made-to-order products.
Products specially procured on customer request.
Software licenses, activation keys, and digital products.
Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable products (unless required by applicable law).
8. Fraud Prevention

Swapna Infotech reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests involving:

False or misleading information.
Fraudulent payment activity.
Repeated misuse of the cancellation policy.
Any activity intended to obtain an unfair financial benefit.

Additional verification may be requested before processing the cancellation request.
