Cancellation Policy

All Cancellation has to be authorized by Swapna Infotech! Please write email at orders@swapnainfotech.com for cancellation.

Please note that charges for Cancellation are as follows: 3% from the order amount will be charged Credit & Debit Card , UPI, Wallets and other Payment Methods like Credit and Debit Card EMI, Cardless EMI, BNPL 3.5% will be charged from the order amount.

Incase of cancellation for Bajaj Payment Method

For Cancellation of order made by Bajaj Finserv EMI , we will deduct 15% + GST applicable from order amount.
