Terms & Conditions for Orders Placing at Swapna Infotech Online Store!

We thank you for shopping & placing orders on Swapna Infotech. 

Please note orders placed on our website are processed within 3-4 days post order date.
Orders Placed post 6:00pm are caluculated as next business day.
Orders Placed on sunday and public holidays are processed on next business day.

Once Order Placed you will get email from our end, incase if you won't get email and payment has been deducted from your account. Don't worry please email at orders@swapnainfotech.com with your details. Once we get details we will check and confirm the status via email.

Shipping Details
We Provide all over India shipping at free of cost! We ship your products within 3-4 days and gets delivered by 7-9 Days in India.

Tracking Details
Once we ship your product, you will reciveve an copy of email with tracking informatiom. Which you can check the shipping status of your order.

For Cancellation
For Order cancellation please write us at orders@swapnainfotech.com.

For Returns
For return of your product please write us at orders@swapnainfotech.com. 

Kindly note return window will be for 3days from date of delivery.
Retuns will be accepted with original packing, missing of any labels may not accept returns.

Return will be accpeted only incase of damage/dead or arrival or if recieved wrong product other than you ordered.
